Meet the Team
Dr. Nancy Wang
Dr. Nancy Wang received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Baylor University and her Doctor of Optometry Degree from the University of Huston in 1999.
She received specialized Optometric training at both the VA Hospital in San Francisco and the US Naval/Air Force Medical Center in Hawaii. During her training, Dr. Wang received recognition for Excellent Patient Care from the VA Hospital.
In addition to her recognized excellence in general optometry, Dr. Wang is particularly skilled and experienced at diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease, contact lens fitting, and corneal reshaping therapy(CRT) and special keratoconus contacts.
Dr. Wang has served on the Committee for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry. She is also an active member of national optometry organizations such as PERC/IVA and PECCA.
Dr. Wang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. She enjoys traveling, live stage performances and spending time with her family.
Dr. Irene Tan
Dr. Irene Tan was born and raised in Southern California. She received her Bachelor’s of Science degree from UCLA and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry.
In addition to general optometry, Dr. Charifa is licensed in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases and is glaucoma certified. She truly believes in delivering the best vision service to each patient and to treat everyone as if they are family.
On her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and her dog.
